Inflatables You May Rent
All Four are available for rental. The water slide is not a current rental piece, but may be requested for special occasions.
Rental Agreement:
Cost: Each piece was bought through District Funds and needs to be maintained and kept in good shape, not to mention storage, repair, and transportation. We want to protect our investment and keep it for many years to come. That is why we have assigned a rental fee. If you tell us what you need and how you are planning to use them, we may be able to help you with a package deal to reduce the pricing.
Pricing:
One for $300.00
Two for $500.00
Four for $1000.00
This is for 1 days use. (Plus travel time)
Additional usage days are $100.00 additional per piece
Insurance:
Insurance needs to be supplied to the District Office by the renter before pick up. The insurance must include the Rocky Mountain District Council as co-insured with the renter and must be stated on the insurance form. This is a common thing and is easily accomplished by calling your agent. It is usually not expensive.
Transport: If you are renting 2 or more inflatables we have a trailer that can go with the inflatables at no additional cost. If you are renting only 1, you will have to provide a pick up truck and help to move the inflatable. All rentals will go out from the District Office or
The trailer may not be used for any other purpose than to haul the inflatables.
Damage: Renter is responsible for all damage. This would include rips, tears due to misuse or lack of staking. All other damage (mildew, abrasion, or stain) will be charged to the renter for repair.
Set Up
- Choose a smooth area without rocks or stones.
- Spread tarps down before unfolding inflatables.
- Unload inflatable to end of tarp and unroll.
- Stake down inflatable on corners.
- Hook blowers up to air ducts and turn on.
- Look for open deflation flaps and close them.
Helps on not damaging equipment:
- Carefully load and unload with plenty of help it takes three people!
- Always supervise equipment.
- Use for intended purpose only, no rough housing.
- Always use tarps under inflatables.
- Important!! Allow to dry, internally and externally before folding.
- Always stake before using.
- Clean with mild detergent and water if needed.
- Report any loose seam or problems spots.
